Deglacé was established in 2014 by Lauren Wyckoff, a classicly trained culinarian specializing in a wide range of international cuisines, as well as allergen-free cooking and baking. 

 

From an early age, Lauren has had an interest in food. While her peers were watching cartoons, cooking shows were her Saturday morning indulgence. Thus, her passion for cooking lead to her pursuit of a career in the food industry. Lauren has worked within the food industry in several capacities, including fine dining banquet-style event planning. 

 

Alongside her obsession with cuisine in general, Lauren is dedicated to nutrition. She utilizes only the finest, freshest ingredients, which are organic and non-GMO. She also offers common-allergen free products and services.
